I was a bit apprehensive going into this because while I loooooooved the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child: Parts One and Two was some B+ fanfiction š
but I quite liked this.
It took me a minute to get into the format as I havenāt read very many plays, plus I havenāt read one in quite some time, but once I got into it I was hooked!!! I enjoyed the characters (Newt is sooo adorable š), the storyline and the similarities to the Potterverse, but once events started to take on a darker tone is when this moved from a 3 star read to a 4 star one.
The ending was absolutely satisfying and now I cannot wait to watch the movies š¤©
