The Art Of Deception by Nora Roberts

Book 19/30.

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Reading a Nora Roberts novel is the bookish equivalent of eating one of my favourite comfort foods—perhaps a thin crust seafood pizza with extra mushrooms and cheese made in a wood-fired brick oven at an Italian restaurant, preferably paired with a glass of Shiraz. If I could bottle up the sheer, unadulterated pleasure I get from reading a Nora Roberts book, I would be rich enough to be on a Forbes list. I started The Art Of Deception novel on Easter Sunday as I was in need of some comfort and in the 24 hours I was reading it, that is exactly what I got ☺
I also wanted to read a Love Story on April 9th in honour of Fearless (Taylor’s Version)’s second birthday and what better choice for a love story than a book by the first author to be inducted into the Romance Writers of America Hall of Fame 🥰
